Our kickboxing program incorporates the most effective hand, knee, elbow, and foot techniques with an intense cardio workout. This method of defense enables you to protect yourself in stand-up confrontations before an attacker gets close enough to physically grab you.

It is a fun and exciting way to shape and tone your body. You can burn anywhere from 500 to 800 calories per hour.

Workouts include speed and power training, strength and endurance training, and self-defense techniques.

Classes focus on kicking, punching and calisthenics. Discover our unique system of resistance training and focus mitt routines.

Students will feel an enhanced confidence and awareness by taking our kickboxing program that will chisel your body from head to toe.

Bring gloves, water and a towel and be ready for a great workout!
